So yesterday I did an 8 mile run, I had a few wobbles on the way round, when I got back I felt really pleased with myself and I saw that my legs were still strong so I know I will make it round the 10 miles in a couple of weeks.
Today I feel really tired, fed up and have no energy. Even though I feel like that we still weren’t out and did our walk 1 1/2 miles. I have kept my agreement every day and somedays it has been a lot easier than others. On Saturday night we were out walking at 9.30pm because of the way the day had worked out. Any other day we probably wouldn’t have bothered, however because we have this agreement we did it.
